- 2006
- Opened a tailor-made suit store in Aoyama, Tokyo, based on the concept of "protecting traditional ideas and introducing new concepts alongside them."
- 2013
- Relocated to Daikanyama, Tokyo, where the current store and studio are located. Many of our customers are securities firms, small- and medium-sized business owners, restaurant and beauty salon owners, and people in the apparel industry, all of whom wish to portray their own image more powerfully. With so many of our clients possessing their own unique set of values, we create not only business suits using high-end European fabrics, but also tailored suits using casual materials such as denim, cotton, knitwear and fleece. Our unbridled creativity is apparent in our design and choice of materials, and word soon spread of our innovative, high quality suits.
- 2017
- Launched GROOM by Trait, a brand specializing in wedding attire. Based on the keyword of "nonconventional”, we started a brand that aims to meet the needs of customers who are dissatisfied with existing wedding attire brands.
- 2021
- Launched UNFORM, a corporate uniform apparel brand, and Smoothie, a business direction solution brand. Based on the concept of "a new standard for work wear", we design universal work apparel which is not limited to or by certain people, places or occasions. At the same time, we established the business direction solution brand Smoothie, which designs and oversees the planning, business strategy and creative strategy of our clients. Smoothie is committed to creating new values in a rapidly-changing market environment to enable our clients to become "loved by society for generations."
